Children's Story Hour Room:

A special place has been set aside for the magic of story-telling! The library holds regular programs for babies, toddlers and pre-school age children to introduce books, reading and language skills to young children. Research shows that children who learn to enjoy books in the first six years of life have a head start at school and in life.

Rainbow Clerestory Window:

A round clerestory window in the ceiling makes the Story Tale Place a magical environment for reading aloud. On a sunny day, the colored panes of glass create a prism on the floor that moves around the room as the sun moves around the building.
